We have acquired new automatic equipment from Japan, Germany, Denmark, the USA, Turkey, and Russia, with a total capacity of 2 million units per year (based on two-shift operation).

JSC "Gulistoni Dushanbe" is systematically increasing the quantity and variety of its production. The main products include men's, women's, and children's trousers, shirts, skirts, capri pants, shorts, breeches, jackets, etc., made from denim, cotton, and blended fabrics. This year, production has also been established for disposable medical products and disposable workwear made from nonwoven chemical fabric.

Quality Control

The quality control of garments is carried out using organoleptic and measuring methods. The organoleptic method involves inspecting the item placed on a mannequin or table, comparing it with a reference sample, checking fasteners, adhesive joints, and aligning symmetrical parts to verify their size and shape.

Our factory is certified by the international body TÜV Thüringen and complies with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and the quality management system. In addition, we hold certificates such as ECOTEX.
